What is this blog going to be about?

"Let's Sweat!" is a fitness & lifestyle blog that deals with topics related to working out, healthy eating and the fitness lifestyle in general and is going to act as a diary for myself on my way to a healthier life (with some additional travel posts sprinkled in as I LOVE travelling).
My goal is to show you (and myself) that fitness - moving your body and healthy eating (in a balanced way) are something wonderful and important (and quite fun) thing to do. I would like to give you tips and tricks on how to get into the lifestyle, and if you are already in the fitness lifestyle, I would like to give you new ideas and maybe a new approach.

I will try to write my posts from my heart and always write my honest opinion on different topics, although this may be hard sometimes and an unpopular opinion or show 'weakness'.Any problem, no matter how big it seesm, can be overcome, though sometimes you might need several detours or several attempts.
In the last couple years I've noticed how important, wonderful and magical our bodies actually are and that we need to treat them much better, with so much more love and be more gentle to ourselves.
My body has given me so many warning signs, I just forgot to listen to them at the beginning of my fitness trip.Nobody is perfect, but mistakes and setbacks make us stronger and let us grow.From experiences, whether positive or negative, we learn.At the beginning of my "trip", I was often afraid. ... afraid of disappointing other, afraid to fail.But from that fear I drew my strength. Fear should not prevent us from trying new things.
