Hello and a warm welcome. What is this blog going to be about? "Let's Sweat!" is a fitness & lifestyle blog that deals with topics related to working out, healthy eating and the fitness lifestyle in general and is going to act as a diary for myself on my way to a healthier life (with some additional travel posts sprinkled in as I LOVE travelling). My goal is to show you (and myself) that fitness - moving your body and healthy eating (in a balanced way) are something wonderful and important (and quite fun) thing to do. I would like to give you tips and tricks on how to get into the lifestyle, and if you are already in the fitness lifestyle, I would like to give you new ideas and maybe a new approach. I will try to write my posts from my heart and always write my honest opinion on different topics, although this may be hard sometimes and an unpopular opinion or show 'weakness'.
